A Rebrand For Dents Teesside
One of the things we value most here at Clarity is building long-term sustainable relationships with our clients, helping their businesses to grow, evolve and prosper.
Dents Norwich was one of our oldest clients. We’ve had the privilege of supporting this business for many years, providing a range of business services including website development, hosting, social media support and general ad hoc advice.
A relocation to Middlesborough has necessitated a partial rebrand, which has now been completed. The scope of services included the migration of the company’s existing website onto a new domain, a rebrand of the site, new email accounts and general business support. And so Dents Norwich has become Dents Teesside.

Dents Teesside, run by owner/operator Iain Rutherford, is a highly skilled business, specialising in paint-less dent repair. Paint-less dent repair (PDR) is a quick, highly effective and inexpensive process for removing dents from vehicle bodywork, without the need for traditional filling and re-spraying. PDR techniques reduce cost and repair time, and because it’s a mobile service, the work can be carried out at a customer’s home or place of work.
PDR involves manipulating the metal of a vehicle panel by applying either a pushing or pulling technique. The ‘pushing’ is achieved by accurately placing the end of a specialist rod or lever on the inside of the dented panel, pushing the dent from behind. If access to the damaged panel is restricted and a rod cannot be placed behind, then glue pulling can be used. This technique relies on small plastic tabs being glued to the painted surface of the panel, with the dent lifted or pulled back into alignment. The trained technicians at Dents Teesside are able to expertly read each dent individually before deciding which technique to use, ensuring a near perfect finish is achieved almost every time.
It’s been a pleasure for us to continue supporting this valued client. We wish Iain and the Dents Teesside team the best of luck with the relocation and know that Norwich’s loss is most certainly Teesside’s gain.
